What the app is
Treasure Inspiration provides short practice questions, worked examples and a digital tutor persona called Treasure. It is intended as a supportive study aid for secondary school students in Years 7 to 11.
Plans and pricing
Treasure Inspiration offers three plans:
- Free — up to 10 practice sessions a day, basic progress tracking and access to the Reward Shop. No payment required.
- Parent Pro (Family) — £7.99 a month or £79.90 a year. Unlocks unlimited daily practice and premium features for up to 2 children. Includes 2 unlock codes.
- Class Pro (Teacher) — £30 a month or £300 a year. Unlocks a class of up to 30 students with premium features. Includes 30 unlock codes.
Pro subscriptions are billed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked from the Plans page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
Unlock codes
When you purchase a Pro plan we generate unique unlock codes equal to your seat allowance (2 for Parent, 30 for Class). Codes are shown on screen after payment and can be recovered from the Plans page using your purchase key. Each code can be redeemed once to unlock Pro on a device. Codes:
- Are tied to the purchase they were issued with.
- May be used by anyone you share them with — you are responsible for who you give them to.
- Stop working if the linked subscription is cancelled or expires.
- Cannot be resold or transferred for money.
Treasure points and the Reward Shop
You earn Treasure points by answering questions correctly, keeping streaks and hitting goals. Points can be spent in the Reward Shop on stickers, digital books, themes and other virtual items. Points and Reward Shop items are virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred between devices.
Real-world treats
The Reward Shop may include real-world treats such as extra game time, redeemable by a parent or guardian confirming with a code or QR. Treat redemptions are valid for 24 hours after issue; after that the treat must be earned again before it can be used. Treasure Inspiration is not responsible for whether a parent or guardian honours a treat — that agreement is between the learner and their family.
No learner account
Learners do not need to create an account. Progress and preferences are stored on your device. See our Privacy Notice for details on what minimal data is kept when you purchase Pro.
Acceptable use
- Use the app for personal learning, teaching or family study.
- Do not share, sell or abuse unlock codes beyond their intended seat limit.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service or payment system.
- Do not enter sensitive personal information into the display name or other free-text fields.
Content and accuracy
We work hard to make questions clear and curriculum aligned, but we are not an exam board and the app is not endorsed by any school or awarding body. Content is provided for study support only and should not be treated as official exam preparation material. If you spot an error, please email us.
Intellectual property
The Treasure Inspiration name, logo, questions, worked examples and design are owned by Just IT World and its licensors. You may use the app for personal study. You may not copy, redistribute or resell the content without written permission.
Availability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time to improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium features in the event of third-party outages (for example Stripe or our database provider).
No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet your specific study requirements. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of England and Wales, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of progress data stored in your browser. Our liability for paid Pro subscriptions is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Please note down anything important before clearing browser data or switching device.
Children
The app is designed for secondary school aged learners. Pro purchases are made by an adult (parent, guardian or teacher). We recommend adult supervision for younger users. Parents and guardians accept these terms on behalf of children using the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes that affect paid plans will be reflected in the billing information Stripe holds for purchasers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
